When Did You Decide Baby Names?

After Delivery is when i named my son I figured that there would be that instinct, all you mothers know what im talking about. I looked at names but didnt decide until my son was born.

With my first she had her whole name picked out in the last month of my pregnancy, except her first middle name. I finally decided on that a few days before her birth. Her name actually fits her personality to a T.

With my current pregnancy we had names picked out before we found out what we were having.

sometimes decided as soon as i found out i was pregnant others shortly after, but i always had a name b4 they came out!

I generally have had a couple of names picked out when we first started TTC. Nothing in stone until that big u/s. Once we knew the sex then we got firm on a name within the next few weeks. Sometimes a little later than that. My kids have always had names before they got here. Even if some people didn't like them. Generally named after a family member in one way or another.

I decided baby names about year ago. My husband and i just started trying but you never know what you will name the babies til they come and you see them for the first time.

When my hubby and I were trying to get pregnant and even a little before that, I had started to think about baby names. When I found out that I was pregnant I started to question those names, because they were really pretty names and all but they just didn't feel like "the name". You know...the one name that gives you that feeling that just feels so right like when you found your wedding dress...that feeling!! Which I think was easy for me because I had a feeling from the moment I found out that I was pregnant that I was having a girl!! Which turns out I was right!! lol
So one day at work I was cleaning and for some reason (I wasn't even thinking about baby names) a name popped into my head and I knew that it was "the name". So maybe it will just come to but it's hard to tell when. Some ppl don't name their kids until they see them for the first time. so good luck to all trying to find "the name".
