I use Ortho tri cyclen..Pros are that I have clear skin, and no weight gain. Cons are my breasts are very tender during periods,and I have more headaches than usual.

The best birth control for a sensitive body
If your body is sensitive to birth controls..even the ortho-tricyclen lo (which my body was) you may want to try Cyclessa. I have tried at least four different pills, that ring thing, and then I tried depo...needless to say..nothing fit my body..I had an allergic reaction to the ring and it was uncomfortable for me and my partner..with the pills I had break through bleeding and then depo I bled the entire three months. So ask about Cyclessa if you experience lots of problems with birth control.

None. Yep, that's right. O'natural it is. I'm 40 and it's a little scary because of the age but I'm really intuned with my body and am very careful. Of course, there is always a slight chance. I'm ok with it.

Sick and Tired
I have tried the depo shot, iud, and several birth control pills, and I hate all of them. i want to free my body from all of these exra hormones and get back to being the regular me. I gained alot of weight and I am sweating and just plain uncomfortable.

the type of birth control i use is ortho trycen lo. i'm scared of the IUD becuase my sister has one and she has had a lot of problems with it. She has a lot of spotting and sometimes its heavy menstrual bleeding

Today Sponge
After researching different methods, I decided to go with the today sponge. I am so thankful to the company for bringing them back. I already have a thyroid condition, so the last thing I want is more hormones with pills or shots. Its the least invasive and give me 24 hours per sponge!
