Birth Control

Birth control I have been on the pill,I have been on the shot I have had an IUD . The pills made me gain weight and would make me have longer yes longer periods. I was married at the time so got off of those and I went by the calendar after that. I had a baby 6 years later I decided that I would do the shot every 3 months not so bad well the shots made me bleed non stop and so moody I did not want to be in the same room with myself. I stopped the shot went by the calendar and then 6 years later I had my second child. I did a research and thought the IUD would be perfect for me. No it wasn't I bleed none stop had to have that removed I will stick to the calendar method it works the best for me it has been working for 2 years and counting!!!!!!

Looks can be deceiving!!

I've never used anything but condoms so that I would not get any STDs or get pregnant. Now that I'm married and trust my spouse I don't use any, however, if you are sexually active you MUST protect yourself from STDs because many diseases or infections are not detectable, especially with the "naked eye".

Happy Lady

I also used Yasmin. This birth control was great. I never gained any weight or experienced any side effects. I have been off my birth control for over 2 months. I will find out in the next two days if I am pregnant or not. Keep your fingers crossed.

Yasmin

well I had been on Yasmin for the past 6-7 Years. 2 years ago I got off of them for a month and the next month I got preg. I never got pregnant being on Yasmin. It worked fine for my body and kept me fairly regular. It is a low doeses, your doctor can see if it is right for you. I am off it again, not trying to get preg, I am just letting my system free... I honestly feel much better now being off B.C. Yasmin was great!

I had tubal ligation

I had tubal ligation, it works for people who don't want more children, but my suggestion is be sure you're finished with wanting more children. I have two but is wanting one more, but with tubal ligation you can't have anymore and if you do you can do a tubal reversal but it's alot of money to have done. I would recommend depro shot I loved it when I was younger...
