Light brown spotting and late

I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 11 months. Dr told me i have to wait for 1 yr before getting referred to OBGYN. I have 2 girls but we are trying for a boy now. Right now im on day 6 of light brown spotting (barely needing to change pad once a day). I should have started 2 or 3 days ago. This is totally not normal. Usually my spotting starts 3-6 days before period start but it is usually pink. I have no idea what is going on. I am so frustrated. I havent been on the pill for about 1.5 yrs. Anybody ever have this weird change all the sudden? Also thing a MC happened in june/july.

Sudden change in AF cycle

So I have always been between 26 and 29 days for cycle until I got pregnant in 2010. AF only returned again in Dec 2011 when I stopped breast feeding but went back to the usual 26 to 29 days. For past 6 months I have been on a new medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis (Hydroxycholorquine) and my AF has gone totally haywire. I had 45 day cycle followed by 14 day cycles and then went 3 months without AF. Tried couple of pregnancy tests as trying for baby no. 2 at moment but all BFN. AF eventually showed up on Dec, 29. Any ideas what could be going on I am 31 and disruption to menstrual cycle is not listed as a side effect for the medication?

Making myself crazy!

I am 10 days late and I have taken 3 HPTs and all negatives, most recent test done on cd38 after normal cd30/31. I am now on cd41. I have never been pregnant before and I am driving myself crazy because I am usually right on the money. I think I'm just stressing myself out. I have no other notable symptoms, must be a fluke. Any suggestions? I have one HPT left that I plan on taking a week after the last negative (will be cd45).

Could I Be Overreacting

Hello, I'm new to this so please bear with me. I started my cycle on 9/11/12 and it lasted for its normal 7 days. In October instead of a normal period I spotted lightly(a brownish pink) for 4 days. I'm having quite a few pregnancy symptoms and I'm very confused. Here it is 11/18/12 and these "symptoms" are increasing and now my boobs are starting to hurt. I've never had a regular cycle therefore trying to calculate it is hard. Could I be pregnant or am I overthinking?
