I don't like my period!

I hate EVERYTHING!

What's to dislike about a period? EVERYTHING! I hate the cramping and I hate the heaviness! I have 9 day periods most of the time and it's really really really heavy for 5 days. I end up laying at home missing out on all the fun stuff because I'm afraid that I might leak. That would be so embarrassing. It used to happen all the time when I was in school and now that I'm a grown woman I am not sure I could bear it another time! UGH...I HATE YOU PERIOD!!!!

I don't like my period!

Can't wait till it ends!

I really hate my periods. The cramps are out of control and flow level reminds me of the scene from "the shining" where the elevator doors open up!! I tend to get very depressed as well from being in so much pain. I was sort of a "late bloomer" I got my period at almost 14 years old, but it didn't get bad like this until about a year after my first one and I was diagnosed at 17 with endometriosis. I have taken 10 mg percocets with 800mg ibuprofen and I'm still in pain, I have to sit in a scalding bath tub or constantly keep heating pads or hot rice bags on my abdomen. If I'm on my feet for an an hour or more, I start having joint pains in my knees and cramping in my legs. I always joke with my husband that my cramps have gone to my legs but it really starts to get annoying having to keep putting stinky muscle rubs on them. I finally got a gyn to give me Ponstel and it worked great for the bleeding and cramping part, but now its starting to come back, and I'm having to go back to basics (heat and Midol) - very frustrating! I also have severe ovarian pain that happens the week before and after sex. My husband knows when I'm going to start without me having to say anything because I look so bloated and get very crabby. The bloating part makes me feel self-conscious because otherwise I'm thin but my stomach looks so noticeable, like I'm a couple months pregnant. I always want to wear PJ pants and over-sized shirts just to be comfortable and hide it but its not always possible to do so when I have to go to work or other places. I know when I am ovulating because its right on par with the bad ovarian pain if I check my calendar. The only thing holding me back from getting an endometrial ablation is that my husband and I really want children some day. I wish I was ready to have children now, but we are a young couple and not in a position to financially. As soon as we get our 2 boys (hopefully), I am DONE with AF for good!

I don't like my period!

My LONGEST period ever and it's still flowing

Before I got pregnant for the 2nd time, my periods were pretty regular, between 24-28 days. Since I've had my second daughter and got my periods back after breastfeeding for the past 5months it has COMPLETELY changed. I started my last period on Sunday Oct, 4th and it hasn't stopped yet and it has been 13 days! This has never happened before and I don't know why it hasn't stopped. I don't know if it's the BC pills I'm on or what. But all my PMS symptoms are like normal. This is confusing and I don't like it.

I don't like my period!

hate af when your TTC

I use to not mind having my period especially when ever I was younger and on the bc pill , then after I had my son my periods seemed to get worse & irregular. Now i'm 28 & my Dh is 30 we've been TTC for little over a yr now , I've been late several times & had all the symptoms of being pregnant . This time I was three weeks late , my boobs have hurt so bad I've wanted to scream, not to menton the fact that I have on & off abdominal cramps , along with nausia & queesyness and hot flashes , then today after being three weeks late af decided she wanted to show up , poor Dh was so disappointed not to menton the fact that I feel like i'm never going to get pregnant @ the rate things are going . I just do not understand my body , I went to the OB in Aug for my annual exam ect ect , told her how irregular my periods are , she looked @ my chart and told me that every seemed to be fine, that my periods are only 5/6 weeks off but that as long as I'm having my periods that not to worry about not ovulating.

I don't like my period!

Cramps are vile.

I have quite painful cramps for the duration of the cycle. They're worse some months, but other times its more mild. I'm not sure why this is, but if it's something to do with diet I'd be very grateful for advice. I also notice that blemishes turn up on my legs as well as a big increase on my face, and creams don't help...There's also mood swings(Although It can be fun to finally have a feasible excuse to behave irrationally), cravings for random, unhealthy foods and dizziness. If there's a way to mild down any of these symptoms, I'd love to hear people's opinions.
