So Long Period Stains
Who hasn't had a period stain or two along the way? From undies to fav jeans, period stains can be a royal pain. But happily they're often non-fatal and can be mostly/completley removed.
What period stain removal strategies have you tried and what works best for you?

my firefighter stepdad told me after my frist baby that peroxide is the best way to get blood out they use it at the station. i tried it ans it works great. just pour it on the stain (can even be old) let sit for awhile and then through in the washer. it works on any fabric too.

a bloody mess
I find that if you can tackle the stain right away, won't be as difficult to remove. I do it while in the shower...cold water, bar soap, rub the fabric, rinse, wring, and allow to air dry. I find this method to not be as efficient if the stain has set. It'll get most of it out, but it'll still be brown.

there's a product called carbona spot remover for fabrics. it comes in these little yellow bottles @ the store on the laundry aisle, the one for blood and milk gets period stains out. it rules. I use it on my 700 thread count sheets. I love my sheets. idk if that will help anyone, but I figured it can't hurt.

Shampoo out period stain's.
I just simply run some water over the stain as soon as I can and then put on a generous amount of Shampoo and then soak them in the bathroom sink with water while I'm taking a bath and rub together a little when I get out and its completely gone!!! Works like a charm every time!!!!

I have a wonderful cure of getting blood stains out..I worked in the medical field and I use white toothpaste and cold water works like a wonder!!!!
