Conception Frustrations II?

If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

TTC with medical problems.

I have been ttc for just over 3 years now. I have recently found out that my husband has calcification's and a cyst in his testicles. That has reduced our hopes greatly. I know that I should be content with the 3 beautiful children we have together but I feel incomplete. I want another baby badly. Urology appointment next month to see if we still have hope. Baby dust to all who are struggling with ttc.

Frustrated and Confused

So I am very frustrated and confused. Idk whats going on with me. I am on cycle day 53 and all 3 of the tests I have taken have been BFN. I am usually pretty regular, maybe one or two days off. However my LMP was on Feb 3rd. I experienced some light spotting about two weeks after that for almost two weeks but nothing more. I had all of the symptoms of pregnancy. I know that some of them are similar to pms. But some were different. I already have two kids so i know what to look for. But Im totally confused about whats going on with me. I tried to wait it out before taking a test again to make sure that it wasnt too soon. But cycle day is more than enough time to detect the hcg hormone i would think. So i am going to take another test next monday which would be April 2nd. If the result is negative once again and I still have not gotten my period yet Im going to the doctor to see what else could be going on. Has any one else experienced this? Any advice?

Clomid...

Hello ladies,

My husband and I are TTC and we are having a tough time. I have very irregular periods. Sometimes I go months in between having periods and when I do have them they last for two to three weeks. We have talked with the doctor and he is having me take a hsg and an ultrasound and my husbands sperm count will be checked. If all the tests come back normal, I am going to start taking Clomid.

I am a bit nervous about taking it because of the risks, having a multiple birth, and also it not working for me. I am wondering if you ladies who have taken Clomid could share your stories with me. Thanks!

Is it possible to 'skip' a period?

Ok, so here's my story. My LMP was January 7th. I am currently on day 36 of my cycle and in accordance to my longest cycle..I am still 4 days late. (according to my shortest cycle, I am 7 days late) I had very tender breasts on approx CD 22-25 and then they went away. I have taken about 4 HPT and they are all BFN. I last took one this past Monday which would have been CD 31 and should have been correct. We BD every other day between CD 12-19 so I thought maybe we would have acheiveed the BFP but its not looking promising. I thought I was getting AF on CD 32,33 and 34 b/c it felt like it was there but everytime I would go to the bathroom to check, nothing. So now, Im past that feeling and have no symptoms of anything...kinda like how I feel right after AF has come...and she would have been over by now if she had come on time...So..my question is...Is it really possible to skip a period? Do you still ovulate if you do? Or is my period just REALLY late? I plan on trying another HPT maybe tomorrow or the next day and then maybe calling the doctor but was just looking for some advice. Please help!:)
