Where's My Baby???

I have been TTC for almost 3 months but haven't used protection for 2 years and no pregnancy. I did not know about ovulation etc. All I knew is that my period came every month and always had normal paps until one day a few months ago a friend advised that although I was not trying I should have conceived by now. I began trying after I got married in Feb 2008. I both times made sure I timed it on ovulation days and both times my period came. I also as a child used to watch lifetime movies and see all kinds of women with infertility problems I always wanted kids so I scared for years that I would have difficulty. My mom would dismiss me and say our family breeds like horses and I would just try to focus on that. I decided to go to the doctor and I lied and said that we had been TTC for a year which was untrue we just had unprotected random encounters. I was given a ultrasound by someone who was not my Dr. and she advised that I have a fibroid in my uterus, and I think three cysts on my left ovary. I was apalled and when I asked what that meant she said she didn't know. I I will find out tomorrow how these things affect my chances. Please pray for me. My sister has three kids that she cant afford and didn't want. I can afford and want them desperately. I use an ovulation predictor, , recently purchased a basal thermometer, research on line daily, count days to my period and have notived that my period is between 26 and 28 days. I just want a baby already and would like to get rid of the thought in my head that is always asking what if I can't. I just want to prove it wrong. I see pregnant women everywhere and I want to know when is my turn. But I will begin today thinking positive thoughts. I will tell myself that I can and will conceive in Jesus's name. With God all things are possible. I just have to believe it.

Endometriosis Problems

I suffered from Endometriosis for 12 years of my life. Im only 25. Ive been in and out of hospitals through out my Jr year of highschool and the middle parts of my college years. I was told by many people that the pain wouldnt go away unless I did 1 of the 3 things. I could 1 have a child,2 take birth control pills, or 3 have surgery. I chose the birth control pills and for that time I was fine. Something happend to my medicaid and I was no longer able to take the birth control. I became pregnant and miscarried after 4 weeks. I dont know if this is because of the Endometriosis but since then my periods have been very mild. They dont come regular but they are mild.

misery must love company..

I don't know where to start. I had my period on Apr. 21 2008 and I was supposed to be ovulating in 5 days. Two nights ago I felt a really sharp pain in my lower gut. Yesterday I ended up going to the ER, bleeding heavy, light clotting and a massive headache, thinking... What is going on, the doctor told me that I have a fibroid in my uterus, a ovarian cyst, and bacterial vaginosis. OH, and on top of all that, I was also diagnosed with migraines. I feel like dying!!! What do I do? Today is a new day, and I'm still bleeding heavy. I was looking forward to my ovulation so much. now I'm at home on my back, resting...
