My clue
I'm not sure I can classify this a PMS or not but about a day before I start my period I have a migraine. Not a headach but a full blown migraine. Lock me in room with the tv off, curtains closed, and a blanket over my head. Give me a ice pack for the back of my head and let me take my imtrex.

PMS sucks
I get PMS bad. I feel so depressed, sad and moody. Then with that I have horrible pain. I have thought about calling my doctor. I do have Endmetriosis so I know that doesn't help.

A Gift
I have found a few tricks that have really helped me to transform my perspective on "PMS". One woman mentioned the Zinc and Calcium remedy...I am a firm believer in both of these as well as adding an Omega supplement like fish oil. I know it may not be a delightful experience to begin the process of taking fish oil...Actually you will probably burb the yummy flavor for the first few days. However, keeping them in the refrigerator or freezer helps a lot. You can also try adding bergamot oil to your diet if you are opposed to fish oil.
The other shift that has been a gift is simply looking at those emotions that arise around my moon. Once I started paying attention I realized that my emotions (good and bad) were accentuated at this time. If I was in love I experienced an intense love. If there was something at the core of my life that was frustrating me...well as you can imagine the frustration freak came out. I also realized that the more I actually honored and listened to my cycle the less 'negative' emotions I experienced. It was almost as though I had ended a war with myself that allowed for a more peaceful period and a more insightful life.
I truly believe as women we are given this incredible gift of hormones. Perhaps the beauty is in how we receive the gift.
...and exercise, and nutrition, etc.

Getting a Grip
I get wicked Pms. I've found the Get a Grip Tea from the Republic of Tea to really help with the crankiness.
