dolphinsmilec's TTC after m/c Wish

I have PCOS and only one ovary/fallopian tube. I've had one pregnancy resulting from clomid and an hcg trigger shot, but I lost the baby at around 8-10 wks. I'd be ecstatic if I could get pregnant and have a healthy baby. I feel like I'm running out of time and going through everything alone. My husband wants a baby too but he thinks we have all the time in the world and it will just happen on it's own.
