MrsWorth's Losing Weight Wish

I need to lose at least 10 lbs and soon so that the doctor will agree to untie my tubes. My husband and I really want to have a child together and the Army will only untie my tubes if my BMI is lower. Please give me strength so that I can do it. It seems like it shouldnt be so bad to lose 10 lbs. but its so hard!!!!
