Anonymous Trying To Conceive Wish

My husband and I have been sort of trying....I have two children by previous marriage, he has none (although he loves my two like his own)the REI's say I have confirmed fertility because of my children, he's been tested and has low sperm count which keeps increasing but still no pregnancy....would love to conceive this year!
