sillysara's Losing Weight Wish

I'm bipolar. When I'm down my weight sky rockets. Last year I lost 80+ pounds with the help of meds. But had to come off them due to problems. Since then I've gained the weight back in record time plus another 20lbs. I'm currently at 315lbs and terrified. I dont know what to do anymore. Please Lord, give me strength.
