Weight loss plateau Poll

What should I do about months long plateau in weight loss? Been dieting nearly 4 years now.

• Keep trying to lose weight with same diet/exercise
• give up- no sense sacrificing without results.
• change up the diet somehow.
• See my doctor for advice- might be a physical reason.
• Accept myself as I am now and continue to eat healthy and exercise.
