How do I track pregnancy symptoms?

Use MyMonthlyCycles free pregnancy calendar to track your pregnancy symptoms and discomforts whenever they occur throughout your pregnancy. Morning sickness? Feeling tired? Taste changes? Back spasms? Easily track these and dozens more.

To track your pregnancy symptoms, go to the pregnancy calendar. Use either Today's Symptoms (top of pregnancy calendar); Or, click the Edit link in the pregnancy calendar for the date you want to track.

If a symptom you want to track (and chart) is not on the pregnancy calendar, it may be available on the menstrual calendar symptom list, so please check there. For example, food cravings is available on the cycle symptoms list.

To chart the pregnancy symptoms you have tracked, use the Pregnancy Weight and Symptom Chart, available from the Pregnancy Tracker Tools menu.
