jsuhanich's Losing Weight Wish

OK...I am 27 years old with a loving husband and 4 great (crazy) kids :) I am well over the 300 pound mark and I am so scared that I won't see all my children grow up and have families of their own. My parent have BP problems and Heart issues and I don't want to follow in their footsteps. I want to get down to 150. I am big boned and 5'9 so I can't get much smaller than that. Please wish me well :)
