IWAB's Trying To Conceive Wish

I been diagnosed with PCOS. The news was devastating since I have been TTC. Dear lord, do you think you can provide me with one, at least one miracle. All I ask for dear lord. I have been drinking vitamins!!! But I tell you what dear lord... if you cant give me the chance to concieve, bless these women in this wishing well with that chance! That would make me a happy person!
