Dear god i've been having a flare up of my low anemia and now my gastronisit has came back last time i got that i had twins. i look pregnant so can you please let my wish be true on monday when i go get an ultrasound and it says i'm pregnant and it can be twins i wouldn't be mad so please pray for us and let me be pregnant.
