DeedABug's Trying To Conceive Wish

Please Oh God, I know that prayer changes things. My fiancee and I are TTC baby #1 and I am truly hoping that this is the time for miracles. I had a few health issues when I was about 18 years old but I'm praying that that hasnt hendered my ability to conceive. I really want this wish to come true.
