Engel's Trying To Conceive Wish

Please.. My husband and I are crossing our fingers for no period this week... We just lost a baby in July and are ready and trying again for one or even two healthy babys.. We did everything by the rules.. So here we go crossing our fingers! We sould be ever so greatful!!
