Fertilitygoddess's Trying To Conceive Wish

I have been trying to conceive for 10 years, I have tried everything, I pray eveyday. At times I really feel like giving up, but it just not in me to do so. I love kids so much, but taking care of other peoples kids is nothing like having your own. So if its really meant for me to have kids or even just a child please send me a sign or a child on my own through me.
