ttc3yrs's Trying To Conceive Wish

I wish this month is the month I conceive since this is the 4th and last month they will let me be on clomid. Been trying for 3 years and the next step would be surgery to unblock one of my tubes. Surgery is definatly the last thing I want to have done and I don't know how many more negative test results I can stand seeing.
