MissouriGirl19's Trying To Conceive Wish

I wish to get pregnant by this December. My husband and I have been trying for a year and a half to conceive and I'm starting to lose hope. I really want to be a mommy and give my husband a very special surprise for our anniversary / Christmas. Oh please dear Lord please let it be this month that I conceive.
