Ivy02's Trying To Conceive Wish

I've been ttc for about 2 yrs, I'm a 30 yr old mom of 2 beautiful girls 8 and 5 my youngest being a special needs child who was diagnosed with partial trisomy 7. It has been one of the hardest challenges but not impossible. I'm currently engaged to my true love who I found after 13 yrs and he's never had a bby and were hoping to get pg soon. I pray to God he blesses us with a bundle of joy.
