LittleGirl's Trying To Conceive Wish

Lord.. My heart is hurting. I want to have another baby. Period is late but test was neg on Saturday. Do I dare get my hopes up? Could it be a false neg like it was with my son? (3.5 months when I found out at the Dr.)Please Lord.. give me a sign.
