spongy's Trying To Conceive Wish

Having an HSG done today, wish my results are good, and alls clear in there, and it helps with conceiving, it's so hard keeping positive, it's so hard, i feel like crying all the time, please, please, please god. Haven't wanted anything as much in my entire life.
