Anonymous Trying To Conceive Wish

Please give me some sign of hope. Please let this be the month that we are pregnant. I am 12 DPO and started spotting yesterday. My temperature has dropped but I am trying so hard to stay hopeful that it will go back up tomorrow. Please wish me luck! I want this more than anything!
