I have been married for 11 months and TTC for 4 months. I wish I could stop stressing over it, maybe that's my problem. I am about 50 lbs overweight and don't know if I should start exercising. I don't know if it will help or make matters worse. I wish for a healthy little baby to complete my happy family.
