Need a Cycle Tune-Up?
If you've been on a tracking break, and your average cycle length is too long, you can easily adjust!
After login, click/tap Me, top of any page. Then App Prefs. Use Cycle Rules, lower part of page, to set your Max and Min Exclusion Rules.
