Sals's TTC after m/c Wish

I have a handsom young son of 7 and just had a misscarriage at 45, but it is now clear to my partner and I that we would really love to have another child so that my son will not be an only child. We would both love this child to the ends of the earth, just as we will always remember the child we have just lost. I dearly wish that we can make it happen.
