FatNat's Losing Weight Wish

Right now im so close to 300 lbs that Im uneasy. All of my clothes fit terribly. My self esteem is being affected and I really need to get in shape. The family medical history is another thing that has me ready to lose weight. With a family history of hypertension, diabetes and obesity I really need to step up and do whats healthy for me. As a grad student it is hard sometimes to avoif fast food, but I choose to start making healthier choices. Lord I pray you give me strength on this journey. ;)
