Does anyone have cramping as severe as menstrual cramping but before/during ovulation?

I'm 27, 2 kids, 2 C-sections lots of scar tissue AND a rough case of IBS (all my life) it seems that menstrual cramps and ovulation are nearly unbearable - my Dr.s don't think I have endometreosis (sp?) but, no I've never had the endoscopy which is what I'm told is the only definite determinate...

Naproxen is my friend, but sometimes even that doesn't work - I totally relate to the stretching (I find doing crunches takes the edge off) but like naproxen, it's not always a good enough fix... any ideas?
