When you found out you were pregnant, how long did you wait until you told dad-to-be? How did you tell him and was he the first person you told? Did everyone react as you expected?

When I found out I was pregnant with #2 I couldn't keep from telling my husband as soon a there were two lines. We had our 3yr old tell our parents at dinner "guess what I'm gonna be a big brother" it seemed to take the pressure off us. They were thrilled! Wonder how they'll about #3?
