TTC with transabdominal cerclage

In September, I gave birth to a 21 week premie who died 30 minutes later. I was diagnosed with incompetent cervix and recently had a transabdominal cerclage placed so I wouldn't have this happen again. I have also had two miscarriages due to lupus anticoagulant.
Hubby and I are trying again. I'm about a week pre-ovulation. We are trying to stay calm and not get too worked up about the whole thing, but it's hard. I'm so nervous that we will find out there is something else wrong with me and that this whole endeavor is pointless. I am currently listening to a guided meditation CD that my therapist gave me, but I am having trouble quieting my mind enough to pay attention.
Anyone else have similar fears, concerns, etc? How do you deal? Also, has anyone else had a TAC placed?
