T.T.C. and Preseed

I'm on CD#10 and I suppose to ovulate this weekend. My eesh and I have been ttc since Jan. and so far nothing. Been using the ovulation kits and last month we got a positive on cd16 but I hadn't been seeing the necessary egg white like cervical mucus. Has anyone researched or used pre-seed? Does it work? Really hoping that this month will be THE month
