Me, Myself and...

I get so bloated it looks like I'm at least 4 months pregnant which makes my mood swings worse because I then have to add body image problems to everything else. I haven't quite found the solution for that but eating lots of fresh fruit and drinking water seems to help some. I get so pissy that as someone else on here said "I can't even stand myself" and others think I've gone crazy, so I try to stay away from everyone or not voice all the terrible things I'm thinking. I try to indulge in lots of baths with scented candles and at-home-facials to help with relaxation...and facial breakouts! I have a mask that I use with Icelandic minerals in it that works miracles! Some people say toothpaste (not gel) works really well overnight. I try to avoid going shopping and eating fast food (which I did a lot in my younger years) and learned the hard way that I would only regret it later. Oh, and if your significant other can stand you and you feel like it...have sex! It'll relieve the stress, make you feel loved and like loving someone and it's a good work out!
