Conception Frustrations II?

So me and my hubby have been ttc baby #3 for almost 2 years now. I have a 10 year old son from a previous relationship and a 3 1/2 year old son with my husband. We did all of the fertility testing and come to find out my husband's sperm may be the problem. I think we are going to try IUI in April. I hope this works. It is so frustrating to try for so long to get pregnant. I'm hoping it will happen on our own in February or March so we don't have to do IUI. It seems like everyone else is pregnant. I am happy for them, but it's so hard. Good luck to all of you ladies ttc! Let's hope this is our month! :)

So I'm trying to conceive, and this month I decided to finally try to figure out my luteal phase. How do I figure it out. If I count from the day after I get my positive opk until the day before my period is that right? Also, isn't it always supposed to be consistent? The last five times I've tested, my spike has varied between days 10 & 14, and then my luteal phase varies from 13 - 15 days after. Isn't luteal phase always supposed to be the same? Any help would be great!

I just got over the worst cold/sinus/headache/dizzy horrible-ness last week, and I didn't take any sort of medication cause I still felt pregnancy symptoms before that, nausea, fatigue, tenderness, weirdness in the abdominal area and I didn't want any damage done.
But now AF is due Feb 5th, but we'll see. Most of my symptoms disappeared, or seemed to, so i'm convinced it will be a BFN again. I'm going be my first pregnancy 5 years ago when a was sick until the day I gave birth, I realize every pregnancy is different but I just can't stand yet another negative :(

However, was my ovulation delayed cause of my illness? I got so wiped when i was sick ,i didn't do the opk, and my temps were all up and abnormal. As soon as I felt better I made sure the BD was done just incase lol.

Its been a while since I posted on here...

I had two m/c in 2010 - one in feb (twins at 9weeks) and one in Nov (at 6 weeks). The first one was so hard to go through - but thankfully - for some reason the second one I felt more optimistic that it will happen again. We stopped trying for a cpl of months (went on the pill to try and reg cycles) - Now we are back and trying and I hope it doesnt take too much longer (already been trying in total for 2 years).

Am thinking of having some acupuncture - has anyone tried this before? Or any other suggestions?

Me and hub have been trying for a while now...and its very fustrating like nobody understands @first I had period problems then finally they came on track then I started clomid..and start having the worst pains so they gave me a lap surgery to find out they had to do a complete clean up in my repro... then I think im smoove sailing and me and hub have the green light from the dr then I find out I have a fibroid 3 cm in my uterus....not to mention $$$ spent on opk and test and lots of love makin im completely burnt out of the whole situation but when I see a baby or family my heart skips a beat so I Pray and Pray that one day I will add to my fam so anybody who's fustrated trust me I feel ur pain everyday =(

I was ovulating yesturday, and who decided to catch the nastiest cold? Me! I can hardly keep my head up, I completely missed the window of opportunity there. It's making me so upset. When I woke up and looked at the time, my temp had changed. Plus the cold is worse because i'm not taking anything, I didn't want any medications just in case I did have a little bambino in me. Did this happen to anyone else? My oh my I feel like crap.....looks like it's another month of trying :(
