VCF - vag. contraceptive film
We have used the contraceptive film successfully for most of the 5 years we have been married. Right now we are using the withdrawal method as we are okay with a baby at this point. Other than that the film was reliable, easy to insert, easy to use, and flushed out naturally with your body's normal cleansing. Great stuff.

Today Sponge
Today Sponge. Pros - no hormones...there fore no wait gain, no skin problems, no mood swings. I used the Nuva Ring for 3 months...hated it!!!! Cons - 86% effective, but I'm married so if it happens, it happens.

W/D method
Withdrawal Method is what I use. After being on b\c pills, I was tired of all the changes my body was going through...from weight gain, cycle change, mood swings, and much more. The only pro I had was clear skin. Since I'm married now I have no reason to worry about std's. I'm to the point where if I get pregnant I get pregnant. I do want to have a baby so we may start trying soon. I must say that the withdrawal method has worked for us for the past 5 years!!! By now he is a professional, lol. I just wanted to feel natual again. I love it! I only recomend withdrawal for married couples.

condoms and ovulation
I just use condoms for contraception along with keeping track of my ovulation. This is a way to help prevent pregnancy, but there is always the risk that it could break or slip off and a possibility that I miscalcualted my ovulation as well. I have not yet had anything like that happen.
