TTC After Birth Control

Hey! I was wondering if anyone has been in my shoes. I stopped bc in May and we have been ttc for 2 cycles now. After stopping bc I am having a 32-34 day cycle; but in August, October and November I have not had a "normal" af...just spotting (as in only once or twice a day when wiping...never even needing a panyliner). Last month the spotting lasted 2 weeks and this month it only lasted 3 days. It's mostly brown spotting...maybe 1 day of light red/pink. I just started tracking my BBT last month, and there was a very slight shift that pointed to ovulation on day 16. I'm going to try an OPK this month. Anyone have EXTREMELY light periods?? I would normally think this is AWESOME, but I'm getting concerned since we're ttc!

I stopped my bc pills the 17th of September and I started my period right when I was suppose to. I was on Zovia for only 3 months. I did have a lot of symptoms the some people may of thought to be pregnancy symptoms like sore breast spotting being tired but I wasn't. So were hoping maybe this means my body went back to normal right away. We will see.

Went off Nuvaring ( been on it since Nov 09 - 3 mobths after having Daughter. had normal period at end of May. Cycles have been long at 32/34 days average. Just started my 4th cycle since off BC and really anxious to get PG this month! Last 2 periods start with spotting for 3-4 days before full period starts. PMS symptoms seem to go on forever too. I'm new to all this tracking but trying to pinpoint when I'll ovulate this month! Do I track from start of spotting or full period? Any advice on using OPTs? Suggestions on good brand and when to start testing. Spotted from Thurs Sept 1 but normal period flow started Sept 4-5 (sun/mon). Cycle has been averaging 32-34 days. Got PG with my daughter after 4 months off but on 1st month TTC when I was 33, now I'm 36!

I have been on different oral contraceptives for about 7-8 years. I recently came off them in June thinking my husband and I could start trying this fall (Oct or Nov). My first period after not being on the pill for a few weeks was pretty awful. It lasted 9 days and on the fifth day I was in so much pain I was crying. I could'nt believe how much the pill was making my symptoms go away and periods shorter for all those years!

Me and my fiance (6 yrs together) are TTC. I was on b/c after I had my daughter back in 09. ((which i was on b/c for 7 yrs and only was off it for 4 months when i concieved her!)) BUt... I was suppose to go back for a shot in feb 2011 (this yr). Regular periods/ cycles came back in May 2011 (this yr). We be been trying since they came back and nothing!

I have been off the pill since October 2010. I missed my period in October, November, December & January. Finally got one February 26. Missed it in March. Got one April 19. Missed May & am bout to miss June. I know I didn't ovulate this month. I think I only ovulated one month other than the 2 I did get my period. I was only on the pill for about a year before I stopped, and I've only had 2 periods within 9 months? I didn't think that the pill could mess up yout periods so much in just that little time taking it. Me & DH are TTC now and it frustrates me that all of our friends are having babies, but I can't even ovulate yet :( ... I'm trying to be hopeful that my periods will get on track soon & that I'll start ovulating but it's hard to stay positive all of the time... anyone else in my situation? How long can it take to start having regular periods again?
