When do you take a pregnancy test?
At what point during your
cycle do you take a pregnancy test? If you are trying to conceive do you wait the Two Week Wait, or do you start testing earlier? Or, if you're not trying to conceive, how late are you when you start testing?

I have usually waited until I missed my period to test for pregnancy. That's usually the most accurate time. So yes waiting the two weeks is best. Right now my husband and I are TTC and I plan on testing early. About 5 days early. Up until I either get my period or a test comes back positive.

I too usually start testing 3-4 days before my period is due... but that is becoming expensive and disappointing... probably would be best to wait until your period is late.

we've been trying for ages and i always test before i should but now i'm too scared to do another test in case i get another negative this month!!!!!!

i test early! (usually too early)
i'm trying to concieve and so have become a bit of poas addict! i try really hard to stick out the 2week wait, but usually cave in 8-10 days post ovulation. thankfully i have discovered internet cheapie pregnancy tests so it's not costing me a fortune!!

My DH and I are trying both and we are entering the 3 month time and so far I am late by 2 days. Want to wait a few more days before testing because I am getting back pain. I am praying it is PG back pain and not AF back pain.

When do you take a pregnancy test?
How early is too early?
Usually I take one three days before my period is due and one every day until my period starts in high hopes that this will be the month. I lost a baby due to an ectopic pregnancy in December of 2005 and want to ensure early on that the next pregnancy will be healthy.
