Conception Frustrations II?

I was diagnosed with a 4cm cyst on my left ovary last thursday on top of having elevated prolactin levels for the past 5 months. I have not gotten AF yet. i am on CD 41 and i still hold a small hope that maybe i O'd late and may be pregnant... I took a $1.00 test on wednesday and it was negative. I am thinking about buying another test just to make sure. Its frustrating me to pieces... I woke up early this morning and got sick twice. I cant find much on google that has to do with a positive pregnancy test this late into the cycle. I hope i still have a chance!!!!!!!!

Hi, new to site. have been off bc for a month now. Had a pretty normal menstral cycle this month. Everything was pretty much by the book. Was wondering if being on bc for 13 years, and being 31 will have an impact on how long it will take to get pregnant again? The research I have veiwed online says that even if your first cycle coming off bc is normal, the next ones can be haywire? Also age is a factor, even at 31? Thanks

can anyone else relate to this. We're only on our 2nd cycle TTC. 1st cycle was horrible - I just hated it and got so upset when AF arrived. This cycle I've relaxed and gone with the flow. BD has not been that frequent, but lovely! Only managed 1 BD during fertile period so chances are slim, but I'm starting to enjoy being part of a community of women TTC and supporting one another.

But, and here's the BIG BUT, how am I going to feel when AF comes again in about 10 days time? Just before Xmas. I feel positive right now, but when AF arrives I feel I may be plunged into despair.

Can anyone relate to my conflicting emotions and help me keep positive?

My husband and I have been TTC for 9 months now. I just found out I have polycistic ovaries and that might be the reason why I haven't been ovulating. We did 2 rounds of Clomid (50 & 100 mg) and still no natural AF. We just did a DNC and a laparoscopy procedure to see if they could find anything (that is when we found out about my ovaries). Supposed to wait another 2 weeks to see if AF will come, if not, on to take provera again then round 3 of Clomid at 150 mg. Sounds like we'll go all the way up to 250 mg and then we'll look into incemination. By then we'll have been trying for a year. This is weird that I have never missed AF once in my life until we started trying and since we started trying, I have only gotten 1 natural AF and that one was 2 months late. I have never been irregular, EVER. I hate this. For the most part, I'm pretty calm and we know that it'll happen when it's the right time, but MAN is this frustrating!

My husband and i have been trying to get pregnant for a year now with no success. Im 29 and he is 39 we have two little girls age 9 and 12. We would love to have another child. I keep thinking did we make a mistake of waiting so long after the youngest to try and have another one. And every body says stop stressing about it "you'l c as soon as u forget about it thats when it will happen" how on gods green earth do you forget about wanting another baby. its like the only thing on my mind i cant help it i have tried everything to keep my mind wondering about WHEN. but then i walk in town and i c pregnant ladies every where. my sister is pregnant one of my friends are pregant one of my neighbors (age 45) is pregant even my dog is pregnant. GOOD LUCK TO ALL THE LADIES OUT THERE TRYING TO CONCIEVE MAY GOD HEAR UR PRAYERS AND ANSWER THEM.

My partner and I are TTC. We have been monitoring my ovulation for 1 year now. I have regular periods every month. They may come a day or two early or late. We are getting ready to try again in a few days and I am needing to know what will help the chances? I am 28 years old and am wanting to be a first time Mom. Any suggestions will help. I have an appointment with my OB-GYN tomorrow and hope everything comes out okay.
