When do you take a pregnancy test?
At what point during your cycle do you take a pregnancy test? If you are trying to conceive do you wait the Two Week Wait, or do you start testing earlier? Or, if you're not trying to conceive, how late are you when you start testing?

I got a positive OPK on 6th April 2010 so my AF is due next week!

When do you take a pregnancy test?
Should i test????
Hi i am struggling to decide if i should do a test on Sunday morning or wait till i am late. I ask as i average a 28 day cycle but have had a few 26 day cycles recently. Sunday will be cd26.
I am really bloated and it doesn't seem to be wind(sorry TMI) i have been drinking a lot but not going to the toilet so much so i am thinking fluid retention and i seem to have cm which i don't remember having before AF before (maybe just wishfull thinking).
A friend has just told me she is pg which is great as she was waiting for AF so she could start using clomid so i am really pleased for her.
I want to be a mum to be!!

When do you take a pregnancy test?
Am I pregnant
Ok... here it is.... i am always on time, at least I have been for the past 2 years or so. I always get my period on cycle day 28 or 31. It is now cycle day 41 and NO PERIOD! ME and my hubby have been ttc for 7 YEARS! I have been to every specialist and had every single test done. I am fine. His sperm count is low. Should I take a test? Its so frustrating to get that negative sign!

When do you take a pregnancy test?
Do I test after spotting or wait?
Im wondering when is a good time to take a pregnancy test. Here's my story: Dec 6, 2009 was the first day of my last period. Since then I have had some signs of being pregnant.
My period showed up Jan 14. But it wasn't a normal period. The first day I had a light flow not anywhere near my normal flow. Then it stopped the same day. The next morning there was nothing but I used a pad instead of a tampon just in case and still just light period to spotting. Then it stopped again. Now its not even enough to wear a linnr. I just notice when I wipe after I go to the bathroom. (sorry TMI)
So with it being the way it is when should I take a test? Is it to early if I gave it a few days or should I wait until I should get my next in Feb? In the past I have spent way to much money wasting it on HPT's. Thursday I am planning on buying a pack of 2 Clear Blue Digitals and try one Friday morning. and if its a BFN then I will keep the next one for in a couple weeks.

When do you take a pregnancy test?
Test the day period is due
I can't tell you without gagging how many pregnancy tests I've taken when ttc. It is the most agonizing time from the moment you ov until you either see af or a bfp; however, I have learned that it really doesn't make sense to test prior to the day your next period is due (if af rears her ugly head before you test then you wouldn't have wasted a pt). I have purchased pt's that say you can test up to 5 days before your missed period and I have never had success with these even when I end up with a bfp. I even tested with one of these one day before my period was due and it was a bfn then the very next day with the same brand I got a bfp. So I would suggest waiting until at least the morning that your period is due and then test with your first urine upon waking. As a side note, I found that there are tests you can purchase online that supposedly give you a bfp 7 dpo if you conceived. However, I have no personal experience with this.
I am currently ttc after having a tubal reversal sept. 3 2009. I am on cd 21 of a 26 d cycle. So I am obsessed but refused to test until cd 26. It helps to have a hobby that you are passionate about to distract you.
