Can Intense Exercise Shorten My Cycle and Lengthen Flow?

For almost three months, I have adopted a pretty rigorous exericse routine of 3 days of full-body weight training and 3 days of high intensity cardio with one rest day. My last two periods have started 5-6 days earlier than usual. Also, they've been much lighter in the beginning, lasting longer with 3/4 days of spotting before AND after about 4 days of a normal, heavier flow. So basically, I've had what appears to be periods lasting about 11 days. And NOW I am starting to spot again and it's cycle day 20! It's like my periods are getting shorter and shorter the longer I've been working out. Is this huge transformation due to going from lounging around the house to working out 6 days per week? Or should I be more concerned? Will it level out? Also, I haven't been having any cramping lately and my moods are much more even....but that's a good thing, right? :^) Thanks for your help!!!

Provera cycle, then came on it's own, now what?

My cycles have NEVER been regular, (once a year if that) I recently found out i have hypothryoidism and PCOS so that could be the causes. I took Provera (5mg) December 17th - December 26th. Supposed to take it every 28 days. My period came December 28th (when my period comes it always lasts seven days) and lasted 9/10 days, to Jan 6th. I used OPK's (didn't ovulate), BUT five days later, I started spotting and then my period came AGAIN on Jan 14th? Lasted five days. Is this my cycle resetting itself? What about the next round of Provera? I was set to take it Jan 26/27 but what now? Do I go ahead and take it or count 28 days from my period that came itself?

One week late, not pregnant!

My cycle since age 15 has been like clockwork (I'm 26 now). My cycle has been as early as 26 days, and as late as 34 days until now. I'm currently on cycle day 39. My husband has had the vasectomy procedure done *properly* (unlike the old method I've heard of docs using just using a clip), back in 2003 - tubes tied into knots and cauterized. Just to be safe I took a pregnancy test today, came back negative. All last week and this past weekend I had signs my period was going to come, total PMS...cramps, bloating, etc, but nothing. Right now I'm at the point where I think I might just miss this period all together.

How unusual is it for a 26 year old woman, who is not pregnant, overall healthy to miss a period? Now I have been late before - Nov. '06 I was 3-4 days late. June '02 I was a week late. But it's been extremely regular ever since. Should I see a doctor to maybe get some medication to get my flow going?

OPK's/Brands/Differing Results and ?

I've been using OPK's for months now. This cycle I'm getting some confusing results. I got my first positive on Tuesday morning plus EWCM. Another positive that night. Wed positive tests with it getting lighter by the evening. Thursday morning and evening negative and no discharge. Then this morning (friday) I did a test and it was positive. I retested and it was still positive an hour later. (I had to use a different brand than my previous tests though bc I ran out.)
Is this normal? Should I consider myself still in the TTC phase or has the time passed?
I thought it was 48 hrs max of fertility from the first positive opk test onward. I'm definitely past that window. Not sure what to think.

Thanks soooo much for the thoughts on this.

Confused, My Period Is Late, BFN

First off I already have two daughters, so I do know some about pregnancy :) HOWEVER I originally had PCOS (since age 15) so I am used to my periods being irregular. Since I had my oldest daughter in 2006 I have gotten my period every month (on average between 25 and 35 days). It was the same after I had my second daughter too. We are not using any type of protection, we are trying to conceive. Now here is my problem, I am over 3 weeks late (right now my cycles on average are 30 days). And for the first two weeks I took pregnancy test which were negative even though I thought for sure I was pregnant. When I first missed my period I had pregnancy symptoms, the cramping, bloating, feeling ill, tired, etc. This being the 3rd week I have not yet taken another pg test (I don't want to get my hopes up), but I do plan on testing next week but I don't feel like I'm going to start my period. I do tend to ovulate at different times because of the PCOS and with my second daughter I didn't find out I was pg until around 2 months. So does anyone have any ideas? I just don't know what to think!

AF came back 5 mo. PP, now no show, breastfeeding

I am certainly perplexed... DD was birthed July 16, AF came back Nov. 30 (1st cycle after initial PP bleed/spotting) while I was and still am exclusively breastfeeding (had to pump @ work though). No I'm not on BC, and we don't use protection when we BD (withdrawal b/c we aren't actively trying to get PG again, but aren't actively trying not to either. I'm on CD39 today and still no show of AF. I know it is possible that I'm either PG or it's my hormones from breastfeeding still... guessing I'll take a HPT if still no AF by Jan. 24. If anyone could share w/ me on how their cycles were PP while breastfeeding, I would much appreciate it.
