Feminine Protection Usage
What was the first type of feminine protection you used - pads, tampons, menstrual cup? Do you still use the same feminine protection, or did you switch completely - when, why?
Tried it all

I started out with pads and quickly moved to tampons + pads. I have never been able to use ANY tampon and have no leaks. So, I always used Kotex ultra thins and then a tampon with it.
Then I had my son and everything changed! I have horrible heavy periods and NOTHING can contain it on days 2 and 3. I started using Instead cups and it at least slowed it down to no leaks all over my clothes during the day but I still had at least 1 accident at night each period. This is even wearing the biggest Always pads.
Two cycles ago I bought the Diva cup and I really like it, although I still have to wear a pad with it due to leakage. It only leaks on days 2 and 3 but it is annoying! I don't know what I can do about it. I have been doing tons of kegels since having my son so I don't know if this Diva cup is going to work or not.
