No Periods, Less Periods
Period suppression is currently a very hot topic. Will you (or do you already) take prescription meds to stop your period, or to have less periods
a year? Why or why not?

I agree with the pill. I have been on the pill for 8 years. I had recently stopped for a few months after losing insurance. I remebered why I began them in the first place! My periods were at least a week long compared to 3 days and oh the cramps!!! I broke out bad everywhere!!! My back, chest, face, arms.... Even after 4 months of no b/c I couldn't control it. Not to mention the annoying interruption of finding a condom. And I didn't want to use a diaphram/cervical cap. I went back on them this month and even though I fear a little weight gain, It's worth it!
