Anxiety with PMS

Since I have lost just about 70 pounds, I am more confident about myself. You see when I was much heavier, I used to suffer from I believe was social anxiety. I felt like everywhere I went the world was looking at me because I was so unattractive. I would always either hold my head down so I wouldn't have to look at people who I felt was looking at me or completely shy away and wouldn't want to go out at all. However, when I lost weight and got down to 115 pounds, I started getting positive feedback which led me to start feeling good about myself. To make a long story short, about seven days before my period starts, I start feeling the same anxiety again. I don't want to look at people or go out anywhere. I don't feel attractive during that "PRE" time and my weight goes up about 3-5 pounds. After my period does finally start, it seems as though these symptoms go away.
