PMS on a Construction Site

I am a lucky girl who works in construction, so I get to spend my PMS days around a bunch of, er, well, you know, construction guys, who normally I can handle. However, during PMS I have a really hard time not being a man-hater - which is completly not the woman I am!!! I drop tools, feel dizzy on my ladder, can't concentrate on what I am doing, and because I am PMSy and self-conscious, I agonize over how my tool dropping and decreased production reflect on myself as a representative of the woman workforce, in the eyes of those aforementioned men. I have walked off a job only once due to PMS rage, albeit there were serious problems with the treatment I was recieving from a man I worked with. I just wish I could have handled the situation better, instead of allowing PMS to make me cry and storm off!!!
