Dealing wth Premenstrual Syndrome

I get angry for no reason, very grumpy at everything and everyone.. i get tummy cramps. House has to be perfect, get upset if it's not.

I have found that acupuncture really helps for me... Once I feel my PMS coming on I start taking my herbs... and I and my kids and hubby have really seen and noticed a difference... also i cut out on things like ... coffee, sweets and try to eat lots of fruit and veggies... and no read meats. Also go 2 the gym for a lovely workout.
