Why Lord?

Me and DH have been together for 9 and a half years now, and we are still madly in love with one another. In these last 9 years, we have never used protection, not once. We wasnt TTC for all that time, we where just enjoying each other and letting life run its course. Over a year ago now, we decided we might need to try to plan a family. I have bought test kits for ovulation, Checked my fluids and cervix, Took my BBT every morning religiously, Charted my cycles everyday. My heart hurts when I sit down to do this now, because it seems so hopeless. I sit down to watch television, and hear about dead babies in garbage cans, and abortions galore. I see kids and babies being neglected everyday by their own father and mother. I know we are not supposed to question God, but I cant help it. Why do people who dont or cant love kids spit them out like flies and people who can and will provide a good, stable, loving environment for a child have to go thru all this? I have prayed over this time and time again but still my heart is not satisfied.
