Conception Frustrations?
If you're trying to conceive and it's taking longer than you had hoped, what frustrations are you running into? Is it that just about everyone around you seems to be pregnant? Or, something someone said? Or, is you-know-who (your mom, his mom...) pressuring you or asking when way too often? Does it sometimes feel like TTC is more like Trying to Cope?

Beyond Frustration

I agree, it's when you want it most that it doesnt happen. DH and I have been TTC for over a year. A year ago this month we got pg, but then lost the baby in November. Since then I've found out that like 6 people I know are pregnant and it kills me! My sister in law is the worst tho. She doesn't realize that by her blabbing about her pregnancy (due in Feb 2008) that she's driving me up a wall and slowly into depression. It's hard when you don't know why you're not getting pg. DH and I are going to the DR in 5 days to get checked out. Can't be too much wrong tho - we have a 4 year old. If I could do it once, why won't it happen again. It's so frustrating isn't it? And I hate when people say "Your putting too much thought into it - stop thinking about it and it'll happen". How do you stop thinking about something like that? It's impossible! Dh's mother when to a psychic a few weeks ago, told her she was gonna have 3 grandkids by 2009 (2 in 2008 and 1 in 2009) - a week later we found out DH's sister is pg. I can only pray that this psychic was right and that I'll be getting pg soon. Hope, it's all that really matters. I just wish it wasn't so hard to get pg. It drains you.
